Recently, there have been mortgage fraud schemes uncovered in Ontario. Unfortunately, many of the victims were unaware that what their realtor or mortgage broker was suggesting was fraudulent & illegal. Even worse, most mortgage fraud victims in the GTA & Ottawa have been immigrants.
