Location: West end of Ottawa, in the College Ward.
About: Centrepointe is a suburb that began development in the 1980s and is home to both detached homes and townhomes. Its original construction was intended to create a “self contained community”. In 2022, two apartment building projects were undertaken in the north end of the community, expected to be completed by 2025.
